This is a gorgeous double terminated elestial fenster quartz crystals with loads of bright rainbows. The lower termination has some damage. There are more rainbows than show in the video. There are some golden clay inclusions and the typical fenster structure. The piece has a light smoky hue.
This variety of quartz has golden clay inclusions and unique internal structure which forms as a result of unstable conditions during crystallization. The name is from the German word “fenster”, which means window.
