Fluorescent sodalite in syenite aka Yooper Stone. This has been naturally tumbled on the shores of Lake Superior. This stone has a good amount of color.
The sodalite fluoresces bright orange with 365nm long wave UV. Please note that a filtered, 365nm long wave UV lamp works best on these specimens. A 390nm black light, or non filtered 365nm long wave lamp will not yield the best results.
